SunSource, a leader in the distribution of Fluid Power components and services for the industrial and mobile markets currently has an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator based the Corporate Headquarters in Addison, IL.
We are in search of a talented individual with superior organizational skills who will provide a full range of support to the human resources and recruitment departments. This position is the first point of contact on general HR and benefit related questions. Specific responsibilities include processing of new hires, benefit related administration, updating associate data, administrative recruitment support, HR forms maintenance, and generating regularly scheduled reports.
To be successful in this role, candidates should be well organized, detail orientated and able to multi-task effectively. 3-5 years administrative professional experience in Human Resources or a related field is desired. Combination of work experience and an Associate’s Degree with coursework in human resources, business or related field preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS platforms a plus.
