Account Manager / Outside Sales - MRO Industrial SE WI

Price Engineering, a SunSource company, is an engineering and distribution company that serves Mobile and Industrial markets who need fluid power and automation products and services. Price's design assistance expertise guides our customers from product selection to complete engineered hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and automation systems and solutions.

We currently have an immediate open position for an Account Manager.  Focused sales efforts in MRO Industrial accounts in SE WI.  This position will consist of a varying level of technical sales activities to support our customers.  The Account Manager will focus on:

  • Industrial lubrication systems
  • Industrial hydraulic and electrical repairs
  • Hydraulic fluid conveyance sales
  • General aftermarket sales of all PEC product offerings

Responsibilities:

  • Generate consistent territory growth in products and systems.
  • Proactively develop new customers
  • Gather requirements and statement of work for related opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain new sales “opportunities” in CRM.
  • Help close new sales opportunities defined.
  • Work consistently to displace competitors in identified accounts.
  • Keep an accurate activity log in CRM on a weekly basis.
  • Support all corporate cross selling efforts.

Experience and skill required:

  • Strong business relationship skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic.
  • Fluid power and/or lubrication technology experience a plus.
  • Mechanically inclined.

Education and Experience:

  • Education – Minimum 2 year technical degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Experience – 3+ years of related experience.   Must be a problem solver, strong attention to detail, project and goal focus, customer orientated and team player.
  • Computer Skills - Excel, Word, CRM
